Booking Conditions for Gite - Loire Gite Holiday

1. There will be no contract between the Client and the Owners until the Client has received an acknowledgement of their booking.

2. The owners will do whatever they can to meet the requirements of the Client, but reserve the right to vary or cancel the arrangements following events beyond their control. Any compensation paid to the Client arising from such alterations or cancellations shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client to the owners.

3. The deposit is accepted as part payment for your holiday. In the event of you having to cancel, the deposit will be retained by the owners, however if the cancellation is one month prior to the booking, the owners reserve the right to retain full payment for the contractual period.

4. The balance of the payment is due one month prior to arrival.

5. A security deposit of £70 (100 euros) is required in case of damage or loss to property and contents. This sum does not limit the clients liability to the owners. Deposit must be paid on arrival , this will be refunded at the end of your stay.

6. Prices that are quoted include the cost of accommodation, including linen and towels. The client is responsible for all travel and insurance costs. The client is strongly recommended to arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for the party’s personal belongings, public liability etc. since these are not covered by the owners insurance.

7. The rental period shall commence at 4.00 p.m on the first day of the booking and finish at 10.00 a.m on the last day of the booking. The owners shall not be obliged to offer the accommodation before the time stated and the client shall not be entitled to remain in occupation after the time stated.

8. Confirmation and payment of the deposit, deems that the client agrees to these booking conditions.
